Additive manufacturing
Development field: light-curing resins for 3D printing.
Light-curing one-component systems that need no mixing: the resin cures only under targeted irradiation.
Our highly resistant resin for specialist applications with extreme media resistance.
Low-viscosity standard resin, 5,000 ± 750 mPa·s, light-curing in layers up to 40 mm.
Medium-viscosity standard resin, 7,500 ± 1,000 mPa·s, light-curing in layers up to 40 mm.
Higher-viscosity standard resin, 10,000 ± 1,250 mPa·s, light-curing in layers up to 40 mm.
The material is ready to use and cures only on targeted irradiation. This gives you unlimited open time for positioning.
Tazacryl HP is our highly resistant resin for specialist applications with extreme media resistance. Tazacryl 50, 70 and 100 are the other resins in the range.
Tazacryl 50, 70 and 100 were developed specifically for house connections and meet the requirements of the DIBt (German Institute for Building Technology) for approval in sewer rehabilitation.
Resin for sewer rehabilitation; Tazacryl 50, 70 and 100 developed specifically for house connections.
Tazacryl HP for pipes under chemical and thermal stress.
Development field: light-curing resins for 3D printing.
Development field: positioning without time pressure, fixing when triggered.
Development field: thin, precisely cured layers.
Development fields do not mean that existing products are confirmed as suitable. We clarify suitability and formulation together with you when defining the requirements.
Tazacryl 50, 70 and 100 were developed specifically for house connections. The resins meet the requirements of the DIBt (German Institute for Building Technology) for approval in sewer rehabilitation, and you can obtain approval with your own material. We assess together with you whether a resin suits your application.
Neat resin values are the same for all three resins; only the viscosity differs: Tazacryl 50 has 5,000 ± 750 mPa·s, Tazacryl 70 has 7,500 ± 1,000 mPa·s and Tazacryl 100 has 10,000 ± 1,250 mPa·s. All three are light-curing in layers up to 40 mm.
The German Institute for Building Technology (DIBt) is a technical authority based in Berlin. Among other things, it grants national technical approvals for construction products and general construction technique permits for construction techniques. Tazacryl 50, 70 and 100 meet its requirements for approval in sewer rehabilitation.
A light-curing resin is a one-component system that cures only when it is deliberately irradiated with light (for Tazacryl systems, by LED or UV at wavelengths of 365 nm and 380 to 420 nm). The material stays ready to use until it is irradiated, and no mixing is required.
Yes. Light-curing resins are used in additive manufacturing (3D printing). We offer materials for it or develop them together with you. Tell us about your process and your requirements, and we will find the right solution.
